It was rescheduled to 10:30 am on 12/4/2016, it's second home, but due to a technical difficulty, an episode of the E/I qualifying program "Hidden Heroes" was played instead of the specific episode of "The Open Road with Dr. Chris" which had been preempted. The end result was that an E/I program aired and it has been included in our total for E/I programming aired in Q4 2016.
