WHKY-TV ceased programming on its analog channel and converted to digital only broadcast as part of the early transition option to Digital Television on February 14, 2009. Licensee's responses to question 7 assume that the main digital program is the same as the former analog channel. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies as follows: (1) the only programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under that the station broadcast the quarter are disclosed in this report and (II) the licensee fully complied with the FCC'S commercial limits in Children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R. Section 73.670, with respect to these programs. WHKY-TV Digital Sub Channel 14.6 ceased programming on December 31, 2016.
