Once a month our meteorologist goes to the museum to discuss with children the importance of accurate weathercasts and how it affects their lives. He also discusses what is needed to succeed in the field of meteorology. May 2, 2016 Our meteorologist went to Lake Joy Primary to explore weather phenomena and showed students what it takes to create a weathercast on air. Shared with the students the education necessary if they wanted to choose this career. We invited 46 students from Pataula Charter Academy to a station tour. They were shown how Master Control works as well as how we air our news in the evening. |
