Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. WKRC broadcasts a minimum of three hours weekly, programs which provide both educational and informational needs of children. We believe that these programs have unlimited value. During this past quarter, WKRC conducted weekly tours of its facilities for school age children, cub scouts and brownie troops. WKRC telecast numerous local public service announcements aimed at children 16 years of age and under, as well as PSAs provided by Drug Free America and the Ad Council, which are geared toward children. Our PSA's are designed for a general audience, but also serve children 16 years of age and under. Our general audience programs which serve children 16 years of age and under include our local news which airs Mon-Fri 4:30-7am, 12-12:30pm, 5-6:30pm and Mon-Sun 11-11:35pm. Non-broadcast efforts directed toward children include numerous public appearances this quarter by News personnel. Public appearances are ongoing projects.
