This program is specifically designed to further the educational and informational needs of children, has educating and informing children as a significant purpose, and otherwise meets the definition of Core Programming as specified in the Commission's rules.

The series focuses on various critters and examines their differences. The program also provides important information about each animals living habits and includes interviews with people who care for them. In one episode viewers learn about the unique relationship between a cheetah and dog. Another episode spotlights the various eating habits of different animals. Wild Wonders is a series intended to educate and inform viewers all about life in the animal kingdom.
