Examples of the topics included: Safety Around Water, Opiod Safety, and Underage Drinking. On September 1, 2019, Xploration Awesome Planet was interrupted with breaking news regarding an update on the status of Hurricane Dorian threatening the coast of Florida. Start TV Network experienced a satellite feed failure which resulted in an outage from 8:57-9:14am ET on Sunday, July 7, 2019. The problem was caused by a technical issue originating from their satellite provider and was out of their control. As a result of this unfortunate occurrence, the Children's EI series On the Spot was interrupted from 9:00-9:14am. The impacted episode of On the Spot was made-good in its entirety on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 12:00-12:30pm ET. An additional episode of On the Spot was also scheduled from 12:30-1:00pm ET on this date.
