This is the third annual sponsorship for FOX25, and this year's family is Kodie Harris and her two children. Up to 35 employees volunteered their time from August 1st through September 15th, putting up the frame, decking, adding the cornice, wrapping insulation, prepping for paint, painting and cleanup. This work will continue through October, with the dedication on October 31st. Emily Collins, reporter, serves on the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Resource Board. She helps them recruit volunteers and raise money for this cause. 7/18: St. Jude Floor Signing party in Arcadia Ridge, the addition where the home was built. Volunteers from St. Jude answered phones in news broadcasts from 6:00am to 9:00am and 5:00-6:00pm. FOX25 met our goal of 7,500 tickets sold for a total of 750,000.00 for St Jude's Children's Hospital. The winner of the Dream Home was featured on Living Oklahoma on August 30th. 9/10, 9/17, 9/24: Fall intern Martin Lowrimore worked in the weather department learning how to put together a 7 day forecast, editing on-air graphics and updating our digital and social media platforms.
