This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Children First is a year-long effort with KFSN/ABC30 and its partners-Valley Children's Hospital, Educational Employees Credit Union, and Tulare County Office of Education which focuses on the challenges, problems and opportunities facing children and youth. KFSN's involvement in Children First includes local news-produced half-hour programs, 30 second vignettes and public service announcements (PSAs) that includes such topics as "Inspiration Park" along with special reports on Action News (all on 30.1). KFSN produced and aired the half hour special: Children First: Choose Kindness on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 6:30PM. Action News Anchors Amanda Venegas and Tony Cabrera hosted the television special focusing on local programs promoting kindness. KFSN also hosted an ABC30 Youth Advisory Council meeting on September 11, 2019 comprising of young individuals from around the valley coming together to discuss issues of importance to them and their community. ABC30 produced "Honored Scholar's" spots that showcase valedictorians throughout the valley. KFSN aired approximately (959) PSAs on (30.1), including "ABC30/Valley Children's Hospital Telethon," "Hispanic Heritage Month," "Disney's Summer of Service" , "Disney's Team of Heroes," and "ABC30 Pint for Pint Blood Drive" to name a few. The Live Well Network (30.2) also aired PSAs geared towards children and their families throughout the quarter. KFSN-TV's current license expires on 12/01/22.

Wildlife expert and animal ambassador Jack Hanna brings the viewer face to face with the best of the beasts. In this weekly half-hour series, which is designed primarily for viewers 13-16, Jack highlights his favorite animals and adventures from around the world. In countdown style, Jack offers up a different 'top ten' each week in a variety of categories. What are the top ten 'fastest animals in Africa, 'tallest insects,' 'biggest eaters, smartest birds'. . . . Jack will answer all of these questions and more. As Jack reveals the categories, he provides further insights and interesting facts about the animals, allowing viewers of all ages the opportunity to be entertained as well as learn more about the fascinating animal kingdom.
