See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. During this quarter KCBY sponsored the Oregon Track Club's All Comers Track Meet series for youth age groups. This station also sponsored the Active 20-30 Club's Freedom Festival which is a family-oriented day of fun art and cultural exhibits. KVAL also sponsored the Willamalane Parks and Recreation's Children's Celebration which is a family fun and educational day at Island Park. This quarter the station participated in and sponsored the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life a family event to raise money for caner research, treatment and services. The walking event featured many health and wellness educational and informative booths. Finally this quarter the station sponsored the Family Nature Discovery Days which is a family event educating people about the area's raptors featuring many informative booths, displays, and interactive fun for the whole family.
