Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Per the FCC's Public Notice, this report covers the period from July 1-September 15, 2019, however, the station provides the following further information regarding compliance with the three-hour per week safe harbor processing guideline for its multicast channels. Due to an inadvertent scheduling error, certain of the station's core programs on the station's D4 and D5 digital program streams aired from 6-7am, local Hawaii time, and therefore were not included in the calculation of the average number of hours per week of core programming broadcast by the station on its digital program streams in the second quarter. In order to average at least 12.0 hours per week of core programming over the station's four digital program streams (averaged over a six-month period), the station originally intended to air an additional 1.0 hour per week of core programming on its digital program streams throughout the third quarter. However, due to scheduling and other logistics, the station aired an additional 2.0 hours per week of core programming on each of its D4 and D5 digital program streams from August 18-September 29, 2019 in order to average at least 12.0 hours per week of core programming over the station's four digital program streams (as averaged over a six-month period, i.e., the second and third quarter of 2019).
