This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On the second digital stream the station carries affiliate WMTJ-TV programming. WMTJ-TV airs PBS Network which has an abundance of E/I Children's Programs. Monday through Friday there are over 15 hours of children's programs between 7am and 6pm. Additionally on Saturdays and Sundays there are 10 hours between 7am and 12:30pm. During this quarter there were preemptions on 10/19, 10/20, 10/25, 10/26, 10/30, 10/31, 11/6, 11/21, 11/23, 12/10, 12/12, 12/14, 12/18, 12/19, 12/20, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26 and 12/31 these were not made good, however generally they are preempted by another E/I Children's program.
