Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On 11/2/15, KCPQ began broadcasting This TV on 13.2. Effective 1/29/16, KCPQ began broadcasting Escape TV on 13.3. And on 5/9/18, KCPQ began broadcasting Stadium TV on 13.4. All preemptions on 13.1 were for Fox Network sports except for 9/1/18, when we broadcast the National Memorial Service for Senator John McCain. Because the decision to do so occurred one day prior, it was not possible to run crawls within the previous week's programs being preempted in advance (Xploration Nature Knows Best, Xploration DIY Sci, and Xploration Awesome Planet) - all were rescheduled the next day, as shown in the preemption reports, and were reported to listings agencies.
