Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. 1) On Sunday, July 22, E/I program Crossfire Youth Ministries Service was pre-empted from its regularly scheduled 3:00 PM time slot to accommodate a one-time special live program, "International Youth Conference". The episode was not rescheduled for make-good. 2) Due to a technical error which has since been corrected, on Sunday, July 29, the E/I bug did not appear on screen during the regularly scheduled 3:00 PM episode of Crossfire Youth Ministries Service. The episode was not rescheduled for make-good. 3) Crossfire Youth Ministries Service regularly scheduled Thursdays, 7:00 PM was pre-empted without make-good on July 12th for July Share-A-Thon programming,on July 26th to accommodate one time special live program, "International Youth Conference", on August 2nd for August Biblethon, on August 16th for August Share-A-Thon,and on September 13th for September Share-A-Thon. 4) On Saturday, July 28, E/I program Generation of the Cross was pre-empted from its regularly scheduled 9:00 AM time slot to accommodate a one-time special live program, "International Youth Conference". A make-good episode was scheduled and aired the same day, July 28 at 7:00 AM. 5) On August 15 12:01 AM, the licensee began broadcasting on its DT4 sub-channel. During the 47 day period from August 15 to September 30, 2018 an average of 3.0 hours per week of E/I Core Programming was broadcast on this DT4 sub-channel. 6) Due to technical difficulties, VieTV on the DT3 sub-channel was off air for 10 days during the quarter, resulting in only 82 of the originally planned 92 episodes of E/I Core Programming being aired.
