KVCW is actively involved with local area schools and students, and in addition to airing Public Service Announcements, KVCW was involved in the following Public Service activities. Studio tours were conducted for: 15 Homeschooled students on 3/23. Visits to schools by on-air personalities included: Meteorologist Chloe Beardsley read to students at Marion Earl Elementary on 3/1. Meteorologist Kevin Janison presented Weather Presentations at the following schools: St. Gabriel on 2/1, Jacobson Elementary on 2/12 and Moore Elementary on 3/15. He also read to students at many schools, including the following: Foothills Montessori on 1/25, Faith Lutheran on 2/8 and 2/9, Roger Bryan Elementary on 2/23, Stanford Elementary on 3/1 and Ronnow Elementary on 3/14.
