Describe the educational and informational objective of the program and how it meets the definition of Core Programming. Station went off the air on September 6, 2017, due to power loss caused by Hurricane Irma, and received extensive damage during Hurricane Maria. As a result, the station has been silent since early September and the licensee is unsure when the necessary repairs will be completed due to the damage to the station and Puerto Rico's infrastructure caused by both hurricanes. WQQZ-CD has filed a request for STA to remain silent because of hurricane damage which apparently has not been processed. The information in that STA request remains true, and the licensee has not been able to resume operations. The licensee does not yet have power back at its site and cannot assess whether the equipment will work. Once power is restored, it plans to return to operations assuming the equipment still works. Otherwise, since it will participate in the early repack of Puerto Rico TV stations, it anticipates returning to the air on its new channel in July
