Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. | On February 24 2018 there was a temporary technical failure that resulted in the WQAD transmitter going off air from 750 845 affecting the airing of certain e i programs as noted herein. Due to other network obligations and the unforeseen technical failure the episodes were not able to be rescheduled. However the form would not allow WQAD to list the affected programs as being preempted and not rescheduled. WQAD also notes the feed providing the e/I programming to local cable systems was unaffected by the temporary failure. Therefore, WQAD is not listing these programs as not airing on the form in an abundance of caution. |
