This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. The license for WNYT-TV, LLC has been renewed with an expiration date of 6/1/23. WNYT-TV, LLC ceased broadcasting its analog channel on 6/12/2009 per FCC. During the first quarter of 2018, WNYT/WNYA highlighted the "13 Kids Who Care" program. This program showcases student volunteers. A call for nominations is out on line and on air. 13 student volunteers are selected. There is a segment produced weekly of each student. A reception is held in their honor within the 2nd quarter of 2018. WNYT/WNYA work closely with SEFCU, a local credit union, to highlight "Top Teachers". Many of these teachers are nominated by their very own students. We showcase these teachers in the same fashion that we do the student volunteers. We include students in each segment. "Journey Through The Body" is the only health fair designed for children within the Capital District. There are gigantic displays of body parts that are interactive along with cow hearts and pigs lungs that children can touch and learn all about. NewsChannel 13 are on site to cover the event and to promote education. The Athlete of the Week and Scholar Athlete program continued through the first quarter of 2018. This is a series of segments that are produced by the Sports department which highlight outstanding athletes each week.
