WUTB broadcasted public service announcements addressing childrens educational, health, and safety needs including messages for Baltimore City Recreation and Parks, Baltimore Grade Level Reading, The Maryland Family Network, Boy Scouts, Health and Human Services addressing bullying prevention, USDA Discover the Forest campaign, Reading is Fundamental, Partnership for a Drug Free America, Dept of Education, The Maryland Bio Foundation, Joel Gamble Foundation, Young Life and Foundation for a Better Life. The focus was on promoting healthy choices, fitness, and STEM education as well as mentoring experiences. During the 4th Quarter, WUTB aired PSAs for The Marines Reserves Toys for Tots campaign, the Family Tree of Maryland Fam Fest promoting reading, playing and eating together as a family, and Baltimore Area Council Boys Scouts of American membership recruitment. WUTB hosted station tours for various schools and continued to reach out and work with non-profits and government agencies serving the needs of children by providing resources, and promotion through PSA broadcast and Bmore Lifestyle program segments. WUTB sold its frequency in the FCC Spectrum Auction and entered into a Channel Share agreement with WBFF. On December 29th at 5:00 a.m. WUTB shut down its transmitter and went live on 45.3 airing the TBD Network. The three secondary networks were shut down.
