In reference to the broadcast of the same programming on the analog and the digital channel both, Licensee asserts that there is no analog channel and that the programming is digital-only, as indicated. Station was off air 1/11/17 - 1/19/17 and3/6/17 - 3/10/17 for technical difficulties. Station was also off air 3/14/17 from 9:10 AM - 2:30 PM due to power outage.
