Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On Saturday 12/31/16, Sea Rescue and Wildlife Docs were preempted and were rescheduled to air on Sunday 1/1/17. Accordingly, the rescheduled shows are being "counted" in the First Quarter 2017 report (and were not counted in the Fourth Quarter 2017 report). Rock the Park, Outback Adventures and Teen Kids News continued to air on 1/1/17 in their fourth quarter 2016 primary homes on Sundays, 12PM, 12:30PM and 11:30AM respectively until Saturday 1/7/17 when their primary homes were moved to Saturdays. The station's children's core programming average set forth in the "Digital Core Programming" section of this report takes into account the fact that the First Quarter 2017 only had 12 Saturdays. Because most of the station's core programs aired on Saturdays, the calculation in the Digital Core Programming section is "artificially" low as a result of the calendrical quirk.
