Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. | ION Network (26.3) replaced NutriVentures on 12/30/16 with Doki. // The licensee has reviewed internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers for compliance with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs (47 C.F.R. Section 73.670) and the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with these limits for all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under. In addition to the programs listed in this report the station broadcast the following programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under NONE. // Due to a technical error by Bounce TV the E/I series ALL IN WITH LAILA ALI, EVERYDAY HEALTH, and CULTURE CLICK that aired on Bounce TV from September 10, 2016 to October 15 2016 were done so without an E/I symbol appearing within the programs. As a result of an unrelated error by a third-party service provider CULTURE CLICK also aired on 11/5/16 without an E/I symbol. In total 12 and a half hours of E/I programming did not include an E/I symbol. Bounce TV has resolved the issues causing the omission. Except for the program on November 5 all regularly scheduled Bounce TV E/I programming has included the E/I symbol as of October 22, 2016. Bounce TV also has established new processes to ensure that the issues do not recur. To address any potential concerns about compliance with FCC requirements for E/I programming, Bounce TV re-broadcast the 12 and a half hours of E/I programming that originally aired without an E/I symbol in addition to its regularly scheduled E/I programming. |
