See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. During the 3rd quarter WTLW produced and aired Whiz Quiz. This locally produced program features quiz students from 32 area high schools participating in a competitive quiz competition. During the 3rd quarter WTLW produced and aired Holiday Music Festival. This three and a half our special featured choirs from 25 area high schools. The choirs were able to sing selections of their choosing. During the 3rd quarter WTLW produced and aired Fields of Faith. In this local program athletes from area schools share with their peers how important their faith is in their lives. During the 3rd quarter WTLW produced and aired Beyond the Game. FCA honors the Jackson Center state volleyball team, the John Reed Leadership award winner, and has keynote speaker Dave Wilson, Chaplain for the Detroit Lions.
