After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programming, as specified at 47 C.F.R. section 73.670, with respect to all programs specifically designated for children ages 12 and under. On KPDX, D1, two hours are always scheduled on Saturday, and 1 hour on Sundays. However, 3 hours total aired during the 14th week, but the last 1 hour falls on Sunday, January 1st.
