Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. On Saturday, 8/13/16, we aired breaking news coverage of the flooding in Southeast Louisiana from 6a-9a, preempting Animal Rescue, Dog Tales, Real Life 101, and Dragonfly TV. We did not makegood these shows. Due to a technical error at the Bounce network, two E/I children's programs, All In with Laila Ali and Everyday Health which aired from September 10, 2016 through the end of the quarter, were missing the E/I graphic. The network was put of notice and it remedied the issue, and WVUE implemented additional procedures to monitor the presence of the E/I graphic. Station may rebroadcast some or all of the affected programming in fourth quarter.
