We air seven subchannels. 7 subchannels multiplied by 24 hours per day multiplied by 7 days per week equals 1176. The website errored every time the number 1176 was entered into the field. A support ticket was created on 10/06/2016 to address the issue with attachments (tracking number HD0000002857196). When there was no response to the support ticket, a phone call was made to address the website's issue (case number 2857587). As of this filing, we have not received any technical support addressing our concerns. Therefore, we entered the maximum number 999 in the field in order to process this report in a timely manner.
