Which is what On the Spot does. Well-researched facts on high-interest topics delivered with bright, fast, visuals will feed the interests of a broad audience group, but the approach does particularly well for the 13-16 year-old target audience. Archeology, science, and astronomy become fascinating by the clever culling of information. The programs are built with an approach that, on the surface appears to be directed for an adult. But Pete Sepenuk's narrative tone and style--light and fascinated-matches and holds the attention of the target audience. And, once it holds attention, what On the Spot does very well is deliver excellent informational content.
