Does the Licensee publicize the existence and location of the station's Children's Television Programming Reports (FCC 398) as required by 47 C.F.R. Section 73.3526(e)(11)(iii)? Yes
Name of children's programming liaison Mary Anne Zulisky

Email Address mzulisky@ctvn.org
Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. There was an issue with this form. The preemptions that are not rescheduled could not be input correctly on the initial page. By doing it correctly, a message keeps coming up that the preemption reports don't match the number of preemptions. The only way I could move forward was to match the numbers of programs preempted with the number of programs rescheduled. In the preemption report page, I left the reschedule date blank. Rescheduled programs go to the next regular airtime available, not to a different day and time, so as to maintain the air schedule in order. However, when I printed out the draft, the total times aired is incorrect. It should match the total times aired at regularly scheduled times. I spoke with our FCC council, Joseph Chautin, III, and he advised me to file it as is and to leave this message. If I need to revise or correct this form in any way, or if you need further explanation, please send an email to mzulisky@ctvn.org.
