WNWO host a segment in the local nightly news featuring children weekly during our weather. Our meteorlogist Norm Van Ness and the children present the weather together. After the news the child and the families are given a tour of the station. In Febuary the stations Media Operations Manager,Rich Stewart, participated in a Career Fair at Penta Career Center where he spoke to local teens about working in the field of Communications. In March he went to Genoa High School and participated in the Genoa Career Day that was held at that school where local area teens are there to dicuss career options for there future.
