See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Jeff George, chief meteorologist, emceed the OKC Special Olympics on April 4th. KOKH sponsored the Mustang Creek Bicycle Drive/April 5th and May 2nd, and May 17th/Deer Creek School, which benefits OK Bikes 4 Kids, a charity founded by Jeff George. Students dropped off their used bikes and volunteers, John Ballard and his son, repair the bikes for children from low-to-no income families. Two hundred children received bikes from these three bike drives. The FOX25 Oklahoma Health and Wellness Expo was held on April 6th at the COX Pavilion at State Fair Park. This free event to the public focuses on eating healthy and being fit. The expo provided free health screenings, wellness information and resources to get in shape and live a healthier life. There was a cooking stage where Jeff George prepared healthy recipes for the pubic to try. On April 14th, Jeff George was the emcee King George for the event, Princes Run and Little Dude Dash. This day allowed girls 12 and under to become the focus of one day, with their little brothers at their sides. Jeff George was the emcee for the Ibaka Family Foundation Fundraiser at Devon Boathouse on April 18th. OKC Thunder player Serge, and his brother continue their efforts to fund camps for homeless children in their Republic of Congo. Jeff George was the emcee of the American Cancer Society's Bark for Life on April 20th. This event for dogs and their owners raises funds and awareness for the fight against cancer. Phil Cross, reporter, spoke to a public relations class at Southern Nazarene University on April 22nd. He talked about his role in the media and the interaction between the media and the public. On April 25th, Mike Brooks, anchor, spoke to a Journalism class at Stillwater High School. Jeff George was the emcee of the Hope Gala on April 27th, a fundraiser that benefits the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. On May 15th, KOKH employees prepared and served meals by 6pm to the families at The Ronald McDonald House, which provides free, short term stay for families of sick children who are being treated at area hospitals. John Wilhelm, Promotion Asst, conducted a tour of the station on April 25th for Cub Scout Pack 341. Jeff George and Michelle Apon, meteorologists, visited elementary schools as part of The Future Forecasters program, which allows students to learn about meteorology as they break down extreme weather safety with an interactive presentation. The students become Future Forecaster Certified and are given a certificate and a homework assignment based on the DVD they are provided. Students are then featured on the morning newscast. Schools attended were: 4/2-Mustang Creek Elementary 1st graders, 4/4-Mustang Creek Elementary 3rd graders, 4/23-Washington Elementary/Norman 4th graders, 4/25-Washington Elementary/Norman 3rd graders, 5/7-Surrey Hills/Yukon 2nd graders, 5/9-Surrey Hills/Yukon 1st graders, 5/14-Sooner Rose/Midwest City Kindergarten. NOAA Weather Radio Day: 4/3-Edmond, 4/15-Woodward, 5/3-Norman, 5/24-Yukon, 6/12-Yukon. FOX25 teamed up with Midland Radio Corporation to stress the importance of having a weather radio as part of a safety plan. Weather radios are programmed for free and Jeff George's severe weather DVD's were handed out which show families how to locate their safe spot during severe weather. On Thursday, May 30th, KOKH and other Sinclair stations, held an all day phone bank, airing vignettes within programming, asking viewers to donate to the relief effort for the families affected by the F5 tornadoes that hit Moore, Oklahoma and other surrounding communities. Through donations from the phone banks, $375,000.00 was donated to the American Red Cross/Oklahoma Chapter. Totals are still being tallied from employees and on-air announcements. This program is a science series that educates children about science concepts, introducing them to science and math by exploring fundamental principles such as gravity, pressure, kinetics and magnetism by conducting science experiments in an integrated and entertaining way. It is produced using a combination of 3D animation and live footage. The host, Max, is a 3D animated mouse which talks to the audience and the participants, explaining what the science concept and experiment is and how to perform it. The participants are junior high school children guided by a science facilitator. Together they perform the experiment instructed by Max the Mouse. The program also uses 3D animation to explain the steps and results of the experiment. This program will air on the station's secondary digital stream, 25.2.

This show supports and encourages respect for others, having integrity, following directions, putting forth your best effort and taking responsibility; which is a wonderful message for American youth. This program is an upbeat, diverse and entertaining series that will inform young people on a variety of subjects, while keeping their interest. This program will air on the station's secondary digital stream, 25.2.
