Accordingly, Questions 2, 3, and 4 refer to the station's primary digital stream and Questions 8, 9, and 10 refer to the station's multicast stream on channel 36.2 and 36.3. Questions 7(b) and 7(c) are no longer applicable. On January 1st, several programs were preempted for live coverage of the Rose Bowl Parade. Viewers were notified of the preemption and their rescheduled date and time. After due review of internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers, the licensee hereby certifies as follows: (i) the only programs specifically designed for children ages twelve and under that the station broadcast this quarter are disclosed in this report and (ii) the licensee fully complied with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs, as specified at 47 C.F.R.
