Each chef must take the recipe and give a low calorie twist. Demonstrating that foods don't have to be high in calories or fats to be delicious. Also as the chefs work through the challenge, the viewers will learn the value of healthy, wholesome ingredients and how healthy food choices can have a positive effect on our quality of life.
