The licensee has reviewed internal station records and documentation provided to us by program suppliers for compliance with the FCC's commercial limits in children's programs (47 C.F.R. Section 73.670) and the licensee hereby certifies that the station fully complied with these limits for all programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under. In addition to the programs listed in this report, the station broadcast the following programs specifically designed for children ages twelve (12) and under:(NONE) The Commission should note that due to WISH-TV's live coverage of the Circle City Classic Parade on Saturday October 4th,four of our Children's Shows on our primary stream were pre-empted. Those shows were: Lucky Dog, Dr. Chris Pet Vet, All In With Laila Ali, and Game Changers With Kevin Frazier. All four were made good that same day in their second homes. Lucky Dog aired at Noon, Dr. Chris aired at 12:30, All In aired at 1:00 p.m. and Game Changers aired at 1:30 p.m. The Commission should also note that due to CBS sports coverage on November 1st on our primary stream,Game Changers with Kevin Frazier was pre-empted. Game Changers was made good on 11/8 on our primary stream in its second home at Noon. Finally, the Commission should note that effective 1/1/2015, WISH-TV's network affiliation will change from CBS to the CW and as a result, our Children's Programming Shows and line-ups will reflect that change.
