KUTV/KMYU will utilize the power of our broadcast channels, internet site, and corporate partners to invite Utahan's to pick up a NTZ Pledge Sticker at any of our sponsors' locations. We kicked off this campaign on January 16, 2013, with a press conference at Cottonwood High School. Our GM spoke as well as our sponsors, a highway patrol lieutenant and a district driver's education teacher. We invited each of the students in attendance to take the pledge. This program is intended to get people of all ages to stop texting while driving for the safety of our community. |
