Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Because station ceased analog operations and converted to digital-only operations, Question 7(b) and 7(c) are not longer applicable. MULTICAST CHANNEL - THIS TV: Station airs This TV programming as a "pass through" and utilizes a "Playbox" to delay the East Coast schedule by 6 hours to allow children's programming (E/I) to air within the appropriate time period window (7am-10pm, Hawaii time). During the weekend of 5/27 & 5/28, there was a software issue with the Playbox which switched it into bypass mode. This resulted in children's programming airing outside of the required time period window. Software problem was corrected by Monday, 5/30, and This TV resumed its programming in pattern. After learning this caused a preemption for that weekend, station aired 3.0 hours of makegood E/I programming on Saturday, 7/2/11, using the evergreen episodes sent by This TV.
