Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Antenna TV network inadvertently omitted the E/I logo from episodes of "Animal Rescue Classics" that aired from October 5 through December 15, 2013. The network scheduled "make good" telecasts of all of the affected episodes, with the required "E/I" logo, on December 28, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST and on December 29, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. The network provided advance notice to viewers (using on-screen graphics informing viewers of the special times) and to the national program listings services. Even if the omission of the E/I logo results in the treatment of "Animal Rescue Classics" as non-core programming, when the remaining 5.5 hours of core programming is averaged with the 7.0 hours of core programming, as provided for in Section 73.671(e)(2) of the Commission's Rules, which specifies averaging over a six month period, the average amount of core programming carried on the two multicast channels remains 6.25 hours per week, thereby meeting the processing standard set forth in Section 73.671(e)(2), without considering that program.
