Include any other comments or information you want the Commission to consider in evaluating your compliance with the Children's Television Act (or use this space for supplemental explanations). This may include information on any other noncore educational and informational programming that you aired this quarter or plan to air during the next quarter, or any existing or proposed non-broadcast efforts that will enhance the educational and informational value of such programming to children. See 47 C.F.R. Section 73.671, NOTES 2 and 3. Schedule changes for 4th quarter reflect the start of the fall season. Additonal note, effective November 1, 2013 This TV moved their Kids E/I programming to 3 hours on Sundays only, until further notice. Different episodes of Animal Atlas and On The Spot aired on Channel 39.1 each week than aired on Channel 39.4. Antenna TV network inadvertently omitted the E/I logo from episodes of "Animal Rescue Classics" that aired from October 5 through December 15, 2013. The network scheduled "make good" telecasts of all of the affected episodes, with the required "E/I" logo, with notice to viewers (using on-screen graphics informing viewers of the special times) and the national program listings services, on December 28, 2013 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm EST, and on December 29, 2013 from 10:00am to 5:00pm EST. This TV Network omitted the E/I bug during the airings of "On the Spot" on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 12 p.m. (CT) and 12:30 p.m. (CT) (Episode Numbers #113 and #114), the "E/I " graphic bug that designates the program as educational/informational under the FCC's definition of core programming was not displayed. This error should have been detected before the programs aired. We regret the oversight and are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again. To comply with FCC "core programming" requirements, a "makegood" of these two episodes were scheduled for Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT. Information regarding these changes were provided to TV Listing services to alert viewers accordingly. WSFL digital broadcasts of Azteca America Network are carried on a second program stream (39.2). WSFL digital broadcasts of Antenna TV Network are carried on a third program stream (39.3). WSFL digital broadcasts of This TV Network are carried on our fourth program stream (39.4). WSFL ceased analog broadcasts on June 12, 2009. Thus, there were no analog broadcasts during the reporting period.
