COVID-19 caused tower crew shut down for over 6 weeks. Crew must arrive by end of May to replace auxiliary antenna to meet Phase 10 deadline. Arrival date uncertain. Main antenna will be replaced after 7/3/20. Please see exhibit in attachments.
