Explanation	Harpswell Community Broadcasting Corporation is the PEG channel for the Town of Harpswell, Maine. We have an agreement with the Town to play PEG programming on our channel and the Town of Harpswell in return give us funding. The Town of Harpswell does not dictate programming on the channel, but do provide government meeting and information for the channel to share with viewers.
