TABLE 2 ON PAGE 83 OF THE DOCUMENT DEPICTS THE ANSI/IEEE C95.1-1992 (IEEE C95.1-1991) PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS. THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE EXPOSURE FOR UNCONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS IN THE 30 TO 100 MHZ BAND IS A POWER DENSITY OF 0.2 MILLIWATTS PER CENTIMETER SQUARED (MW/CM2 ). AS A WORST-CASE, POWER DENSITY IS STUDIED AT POINTS 2 METERS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL AND IF NOT EXCESSIVE AT THAT ELEVATION, IT WOULD CERTAINLY NOT BE EXCESSIVE BELOW THAT ELEVATION WHERE THE GENERAL PUBLIC MAY HAVE ACCESS. THIS FM FACILITY WILL OPERATE WITH A MAXIMUM POWER DENSITY LESS THAN 0.2 MW/CM AT AN ELEVATION 2 METERS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL. SHOULD MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NEED ACCESS TO ANTENNAS ON THIS TOWER, THE FM FACILITY WILL EITHER REDUCE POWER OR CEASE OPERATION UNTIL WORKERS ARE CLEAR OF THE TOWER. IT IS CLEARLY EVIDENT THIS PROPOSAL WILL MORE THAN MEET THE FCC REQUIREMENTS OF DOCKET # 93-62. SINCE THE EXPOSURE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS WELL UNDER THE MAXIMUM OF 0.2 MW/CM2, EFFECT ON THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT IS NEGLIGIBLE.
