EXHIBIT 2, ATTACHED, IS THE PROPOSED HORIZONTAL PLANE RADIATION PATTERN UPON WHICH THE ALLOCATION AND COVERAGE PREDICTIONS ARE BASED. THERE IS NO PROHIBITED OVERLAP BETWEEN ANY CO OR FIRST ADJACENT CHANNEL FULL OR SECONDARY SERVICE FACILITIES IN THE CURRENT ALLOCATION PICTURE AS SHOWN ON TABLE I AND FIGURE 2. AAT DATA FOR THE PROPOSED FACILITY WAS DERIVED FROM COMSTUDY 3 SECOND TERRAIN DATA WHICH CLOSELY CORRESPONDS WITH THE FCCS 30 SECOND TERRAIN DATABASE PERTINENT CONTOURS HAVE BEEN DELINEATED ON THE BASIS OF 1 DEGREE RADIAL INTERVALS IN THE INTEREST OF ACCURACY. THE PROPOSED SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE 54 DBU CONTOURS OF SECOND ADJACENT FULL SERVICE STATIONS WCCC-FM, HARTFORD, CT, CH 295B AND WBLI, PATCHOGUE, NY, CH 291B AND THIRD ADJACENT FULL SERVICE STATION WHCN, HARTFORD, CT, CH 290B. THE WCCC-FM AND WBLI SIGNAL STRENGTH AT THE PROPOSED W293AU SITE ARE BOTH 54.5 DBU AND THE ACCOMPANYING TRANSLATOR INTERFERING CONTOUR IS 94.5 DBU. THE WHCN SIGNAL AT THE PROPOSED TRANSLATOR SITE IS 58 DBU AND THE ACCOMPANYING TRANSLATOR INTERFERING CONTOUR IS 98 DBU. THE PROPOSED W293AU FACILITY CONSISTS OF A SHIVELY 6812B-5, 0.785 WAVELENGTH ANTENNA LOCATED 105 METERS ABOVE GROUND WITH A MAXIMUM ERP OF 85 WATTS. TABLE II DEPICTS THE FREE SPACE COMPUTATION OF THE SIGNAL LEVEL FROM THE PROPOSED TRANSLATOR AT 2 METERS ABOVE GROUND, OR 103 METERS AGL. IT IS NOTED THAT THE GREATEST TRANSLATOR SIGNAL STRENGTH AT ANY DEPRESSION ANGLE IS 94 DBU WHICH IS 0.5 DB LESS THAN THE 94.5 DBU LEVEL WHICH WOULD RESULT IN PREDICTED INTERFERENCE TO THE MORE RESTRICTIVE FACILITIES DESCRIBED ABOVE, WCCC-FM AND WBLI. THIS IS A CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE AS THERE IS NO LIKELIHOOD OF ACTUAL INTERFERENCE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. HOWEVER, IN AN ABUNDANCE OF CAUTION, A WAIVER OF SECTION 74.1204 OF THE RULES IS RESPECTFULLY REQUESTED.
