A COPY OF PAGES 1-2 OF THE OET-69 INTERFERENCE STUDY, WHICH INCLUDES THE STUDY PARAMETERS AND STATIONS STUDIED, IS ATTACHED. CONCURRENTLY WITH THIS APPLICATION, TV RED DE PUERTO RICO, INC. IS FILING OTHER APPLICATIONS FOR NEW DIGITAL LPTV STATIONS IN PUERTO RICO AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS. IN THE EVENT THAT THIS APPLICATION COULD CAUSE OR RECEIVE INTERFERENCE TO OR FROM ANOTHER TV RED DE PUERTO RICO APPLICATION, ANY SUCH INTERFERENCE IS ACCEPTED AND WILL BE PROPERLY ADDRESSED AND RESOLVED. THE PROPOSED OPERATION WILL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PROTECTION TO RADIO ASTRONOMY INSTALLATIONS AND FCC MONITORING STATIONS. A NOTIFICATION LETTER FOR THE PROPOSED FACILITY IS BEING SENT TO THE ARECIBO OBSERVATORY.
